My lasting impression from the tour was how these shop-keepers really take pride and enjoyment in what they do, whether it’s pea soup or cookies, it was refreshing to see people living out their passion.

"You are what you eat" is a common saying, but we believe that the food is only as good as the people who make it. Come and meet our dedicated partners behind the deliciousness.

From Monday to Saturday, our street food adventure begins in the multicultural neighborhood of 'De Pijp', home to one of the biggest markets in the Netherlands - Albert Cuypmarket. It's famous for some of the most delicious traditional Dutch and colonial street foods. This experience includes around ten locations, which adds up to a big lunch. Stroopwafels, kroketten, Surinamese and Indonesian dishes, and of course, the infamous herring, are some of the dishes that you'll enjoy.

After the market, trail the city with us where we'll bring you to our favorite specialty stores and family-owned eateries. From delicious cheese tasting, to the legendary chocolate cookie of the city, and much more...
